Awwww! That's so sweet. :)

My brother's girlfriend Stephanie and Ben's friend Noah did a stuffed animal shoot, making up a story about Penguin and Bear. It is absolutely adorable! Take a quick trip over to her Xanga entry if you want to feel all warm and fuzzy inside :). It's just too cute to resist. And Ben thought they'd get bored. . .

Um, why does Ben have half a beard?!?!

Esther, I've decided to take the "don't ask" approach to Brother Dear ;). Just kidding. I'm guessing the "half a beard" was temporary, for the sake of a Kodak (er, Canon) moment. If you had seen his previous user pic, you wouldn't have bothered to question this one. He looks comparatively normal here.

Esther! You're alive! We really must thank Ben's beard for dragging you out of the underworld. Perhaps school has ended, and you've decided to rejoin the world of the living - I mean, the blogosphere.

A computer science major looking normal? Come on, who are we kidding? *winks at Ben* Ah, perhaps the key word there is "comparatively". As in, compared to other highly geeky CS majors.

In Christ.

P.S. Cool blog, Ben. Nice and understated.

bad guess, susan. (well, it is temporary, but maybe not as temporary as you were thinking... =P)

*heads off to work with half of a beard*

*groan* Are we related, Boy?

Yes, Adrian, Ben's blog is nice. Don't you like the layout? It was black until about a month ago when he redid it; now it looks so much better. *ahem* You had no idea you were walking into that one, did you, now? :-D

See, Esther? I'm not the only one who has been missing you in the blogsphere :(. If we start a petition, could we coerce you back?

Ah that was cute. I want to make a story about my stuffed animals now. :-)

Ah, memories about childhood books "Frog and Toad" :-)

Finally! Someone else who appreciated the cute stuffed animal story :). Thank you, Ashley! Ben's beard had stolen all the limelight for a while. . .

I just thought the picture stories were the cutest! I could definitely see you making some of your own, Ashley :). Let Pam star ;). Hannah thinks doing a story with your cats would be cute, but I explained to her that you don't manipulate cats; they manipulate you. Now a dog, that would be a different matter :).

Retort to Susan.

Actually, I was referring more to the content of Ben's blog, not the form. So there! ;-)] Now I know you're thinking, "He's only saying that to get out of the neat scrape I landed him in." Not so. It really was the intellectual and spiritual content of Ben's blog that I liked. I didn't notice the form so much. Maybe that's just masculine me, being my usual one-track mind.

In Christ.
