I stumbled upon a crochet and knit book that I bought years ago at a used book sale. Most of the patterns in it were clothing, but in the back they had some fun figures to make for play toys. I need to make a Mrs. to go with the lonely farmer, don't you think?

Oh wow, that's adorable. The only thing I can knit so far is a bean bag- a square bean bag. It looks great, and yes, I vote for a wife... and a pumpkin :)
Most definitely! ....and Hannah was a little incredulous that you wondered if she remembered the annual Goodwill book sales!
She barely remembers homeschooling! Her memory is incredibly limited pre-2000ish.

That's the first thing I thought.:) I think the farmer needs a wifey and maybe a baby and of course a cow.
