Oh wow. It just looks so wrong on his blog. Hehe. Good thing he takes teasing and such so well.

Yes, definitely, PINK over gray.

And..hope all plans go smoothly during the next week before the wedding.

Aw, too bad I missed it.

Oh, shucks. I must have missed the pretty pink look. It is back to the dingy gray template. :(

But honestly Susan, how about a little compromise? Pink is probably way too much for a man's blog even if it is a joint blog with his (future) wife. Why not a lovely shade of blue or green or a nice collection of colors in a complimentary palate? But I DO agree with you. The gray just HAS to go. Prison walls, anyone?

Good try, though, with your feminine influence. :) Looking forward to hearing about the wedding and the days leading up to it.

God bless you both. :)

Thank you all for your lovely encouraging comments to Adrian :-). He seems. . . unmoved.

Lydia, absolutely we'll compromise. I wouldn't try to really press pink on the poor man, however sweet he is and however well he takes my teasings. I want him to feel like it's his blog and mine, not that he's trespassing into my pink kingdom. hehe. I'm thinking a shade of blue might be in the works. We'll see :-).

And yes, the gray is not very cheery, and definitely prison-like, I agree. However, it's infinitely better than that awful dungeon-look he first had :-P. Do you remember it? It was like a black cavern with the only light being the piercing white lettering. Awful on the eyes! He's much-improved :-).

About prison walls: My county had a tough, old-fashioned Sherrif a few years back, and he painted our jail's walls pink with little blue teddy bears (who were crying, I might add) around the top, to remind the inmates that they really didn't want to be there. (He was so good! (for the most part...))
So, Susan, you can tell Adrian that if he likes the look of prison walls, a nice Pepto-Bismal pink still qualifies!

I remember you telling me that, Jessie :-). Fun story. Let's decorate our blog like a prison, Adrian!
